Uruk-hai

Uruk-hai are a fictional breed of larger, stronger, and more intelligent soldiers from J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth stories. They are a cross between orcs and humans, created by Saruman to be formidable fighters. Unlike regular orcs, Uruk-hai can travel in daylight without losing strength and are more disciplined and organized. They serve as soldiers in dark armies, notably in “The Lord of the Rings,” where they are used in battles against the free peoples of Middle-earth. Their imposing stature and martial skills make them particularly feared adversaries.
