University stakeholders are individuals or groups involved with or affected by the institution’s operations, decisions, and success. This includes students, who seek quality education; faculty and staff, who deliver and support learning; administrators, who manage resources and policies; alumni, who maintain a lasting connection; parents, particularly of students; government agencies and accreditation bodies, which regulate and fund institutions; employers, who hire graduates; and the local community, which benefits from university activities. All stakeholders influence and are impacted by the university’s performance, shaping its goals, reputation, and sustainability.
