University Innovation Fellows

University Innovation Fellows (UIFs) are student leaders who collaborate with faculty and community members to improve entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation on their campuses. They are trained to identify challenges and develop initiatives that foster a mindset of problem-solving, design thinking, and technological fluency among students. UIFs act as catalysts for positive change, promoting resources and programs that prepare students for the evolving job market. Through leadership and teamwork, they help create a more dynamic, inclusive, and forward-looking university environment that encourages innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
