Universe Awareness

Universe Awareness (UNAWE) is an international educational program that uses astronomy to inspire young children, especially those in underprivileged communities. By sharing the wonder of space and the universe, UNAWE aims to ignite curiosity, foster scientific thinking, and promote cultural understanding. Through images, activities, and stories about the cosmos, UNAWE helps children develop a sense of connection to the universe, encouraging their imagination and learning. Ultimately, it seeks to create a more equitable and enlightened society by nurturing the next generation’s curiosity about the universe around them.
