Uniform Linear Array
A Uniform Linear Array (ULA) is a method of arranging multiple sensors, such as antennas or microphones, in a straight line with equal spacing between them. This setup allows the system to detect and analyze signals coming from specific directions more effectively. By measuring how signals arrive at each sensor, the system can determine where the signals originate, improving clarity and accuracy. ULAs are commonly used in radar, wireless communications, and audio technology to enhance the ability to locate, identify, and process signals from different sources in space.
