Unión Nacional de Educadores

The Unión Nacional de Educadores (UNE) is a professional organization representing teachers and educational workers in El Salvador. Its main goal is to advocate for the rights, working conditions, and professional development of educators. UNE also engages in activities to influence education policies, improve teaching standards, and ensure quality education for students. As a union, it collective bargaining and provides support to its members, striving for better salaries, safety, resources, and respect for the teaching profession within the national education system.
