Unconstitutional laws

Unconstitutional laws are those that conflict with the principles or rules set out in the U.S. Constitution. If a law violates constitutional rights or exceeds the government’s powers granted by the Constitution, it can be deemed invalid. Courts, especially the Supreme Court, have the authority to review laws and determine whether they are constitutional or not. When a law is found to be unconstitutional, it cannot be enforced and is effectively nullified. This process helps ensure that government actions stay within the boundaries established by the Constitution, protecting individual rights and maintaining the rule of law.
