Umbanda

Umbanda is a Brazilian spiritual practice that blends African traditions, Indigenous beliefs, Catholicism, and Spiritism. It centers on communicating with spirits and ancestors through rituals, music, and prayer to seek guidance, healing, and balance. Practitioners believe in a Supreme God and various spiritual entities or "orixás" that serve as intermediaries. The religion emphasizes charity, harmony, and respect for diversity.
