Ulrich von Jungingen was a prominent Polish-Lithuanian noble and military leader in the late 14th and early 15th centuries. He served as the Grand Master of the Teutonic Knights, a medieval Christian military order, from 1393 until his death in 1410. He was a skilled strategist and played a key role in the Knights' conflicts against neighboring states, including Lithuania and Poland.
