Ulnar Neuropathy

Ulnar neuropathy is a condition where the ulnar nerve, which runs from your neck down your arm to your hand, becomes damaged or irritated. This nerve controls some small muscles in your hand and provides sensation to your ring and little fingers. When affected, you might experience numbness, tingling, weakness, or a "claw-like" deformity in your fingers. It often results from prolonged pressure, repetitive movements, or injury at the elbow or wrist. Treatment can include rest, physical therapy, or, in some cases, surgery to relieve pressure and restore nerve function.
