Typhus

Typhus is an infectious disease caused by bacteria, mainly transmitted through the bites of infected fleas or lice. It often spreads in crowded or unsanitary conditions, such as during wars or natural disasters. Symptoms include high fever, headache, muscle aches, and rash. If untreated, typhus can lead to serious complications, but it is usually preventable and treatable with antibiotics. Good hygiene, pest control, and sanitation are key to preventing its spread.
