Twice-exceptional students

Twice-exceptional students, often called 2e students, are individuals who are identified as both gifted and having a learning difference or disability. This means they may excel exceptionally in areas like creativity, problem-solving, or academics, but at the same time face challenges such as ADHD, dyslexia, or autism that can hinder their learning or social skills. Recognizing their unique combination of abilities and difficulties is important so they can receive appropriate support that nurtures their strengths while addressing their challenges, helping them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
