Turkistan Islamic Party

The Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP) is a militant group primarily composed of ethnic Uighurs from China's Xinjiang region. It seeks to establish an independent Islamic state in Central Asia and has been involved in jihadist activities and terrorist attacks. Recognized as a terrorist organization by several countries, TIP operates across parts of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Central Asia, and has connections with other extremist groups like al-Qaeda.
