Tunnel Kiln
A tunnel kiln is a type of continuous industrial furnace used mainly for firing ceramics, bricks, or similar materials. It is shaped like a long tunnel with heating zones along its length. Raw materials or greenware are loaded at one end and move steadily through the kiln on a series of rollers or conveyor belts. As they pass through heated sections, they are fired and hardened gradually. Once they reach the end, the finished products are cooled and removed. This design allows for efficient, large-scale production with consistent quality, using controlled temperature zones to ensure proper firing.
