Tuckman's Model of Group Development

Tuckman's Model describes how groups evolve through four typical stages: forming, storming, norming, and performing. In forming, members get to know each other and clarify goals. During storming, conflicts may arise as roles and responsibilities are challenged. In norming, the group establishes shared norms and cohesion. Finally, in performing, members work effectively towards their objectives with high collaboration. This model helps explain the natural progression and challenges groups face as they develop and work together successfully.
