TSIK (TsUP)

TSIK (TsUP), or TsUP, is the central control center for Russia's manned space missions. It acts as the nerve center that manages and monitors spacecraft, ensuring safe operations from launch to landing. TSIK coordinates communication between astronauts, ground support teams, and spacecraft systems, handling mission planning, navigation, and troubleshooting. Essentially, it’s the command hub that keeps space missions on track, making real-time decisions to ensure crew safety and mission success. Think of it as the mission’s brain, overseeing everything remotely from Earth.
