Trust beneficiaries rights
Trust beneficiaries have the right to receive information about the trust, including its terms and financial status, and to ensure that the trustee manages the trust’s assets responsibly and in accordance with the trust’s instructions. They can also request accounting of trust activities and, if necessary, take legal action to address mismanagement or breach of duty. Ultimately, beneficiaries are entitled to benefit from the trust's assets as specified by the trust document, and the trustee is obligated to act in their best interests throughout the administration process.
