Tripping
Tripping occurs when a person loses their balance unexpectedly, causing them to stumble or fall. It can happen due to uneven surfaces, obstacles, or missteps. Often, the body’s natural reflexes try to catch balance, but if the footing is unstable or the individual moves suddenly, they might trip. Factors such as poor footwear, distractions, or fatigue can increase the risk. Tripping is common but usually harmless; however, it can sometimes lead to injuries like bruises or fractures if the fall is severe. Staying attentive and maintaining clear pathways can help prevent trips.
