Trinitron
Trinitron is a type of old television and computer monitor display technology developed by Sony. It uses a special kind of cathode ray tube (CRT) with a unique aperture grille to produce bright, sharp images with good color accuracy. Unlike traditional CRTs with multiple electron guns, Trinitron has a single gun and precise red, green, and blue electron beams that scan the screen. This design results in a clearer picture with less distortion and better color consistency. Trinitron was popular for its picture quality and was widely used from the late 1960s until the early 2000s, before flat-panel displays became standard.
