Trianon de Porcelaine

The Trianon de Porcelaine was a small, elegant pavilion built between 1752 and 1754 within the grounds of the Palace of Versailles in France. It was designed as a delicate, porcelain-style structure with walls that mimicked the appearance of fine china, showcasing the Rococo aesthetic. The pavilion served as a decorative retreat for Louis XV, blending architecture with the luxury of porcelain craftsmanship. Although it was dismantled in 1756 due to structural issues, it remains a notable example of 18th-century fascination with porcelain and decorative arts, symbolizing the era's emphasis on beauty, refinement, and innovative design.
