Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association is a cooperative organization that supplies electricity to 45 member utilities in four states: Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Wyoming. As a nonprofit, it generates and transmits power on behalf of its members, which then deliver it to homes and businesses. Tri-State operates large power plants and manages the infrastructure needed to produce and distribute electricity efficiently and reliably, supporting local utilities while promoting renewable energy and sustainable practices.
