Treaty of Hounslow

The Treaty of Hounslow was an agreement signed in 1567 between England and Scotland. It aimed to restore peace after conflicts involving Scotland’s Queen Mary and English interventions. The treaty allowed Scottish nobles to choose their ruler freely and granted Scotland certain trading rights with England.
