Transitional states

Transitional states are temporary phases during which a system, process, or individual shifts from one condition to another. They represent periods of change where stability is reduced, and adjustments are being made. For example, in biology, a transitional state might be a frog changing from tadpole to adult frog. In organizational change, it could be a company switching strategies. These states are natural parts of growth and transformation, indicating movement and development rather than permanence. Recognizing transitional states helps in managing change effectively, understanding that progress often involves periods of uncertainty before reaching a new stable condition.
