Transitional Housing Placement Program

The Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP) provides temporary housing and support services to youth and young adults who are transitioning from institutional settings, such as foster care or juvenile detention, to independent living. The program aims to offer a safe environment, assist with life skills, education, and employment, and help participants develop stability and self-sufficiency.
