TRADOC (United States Army Training and Doctrine Command)
TRADOC, or the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command, is a major branch of the U.S. Army responsible for developing the skills of soldiers and officers through training programs. It also creates the doctrines, or guiding principles, that shape how the Army fights and operates in modern warfare. TRADOC ensures that the Army remains prepared, adaptable, and effective by continuously updating training methods, designing new tactics, and overseeing the education of all Army personnel. In essence, TRADOC helps build a capable, ready force by setting standards, developing leaders, and ensuring soldiers are skilled and knowledgeable.
