Trading pairs

Trading pairs represent the two different cryptocurrencies or assets that are exchanged against each other on a trading platform. For example, in the BTC/USD pair, Bitcoin is traded against the US dollar. When you buy this pair, you're essentially buying Bitcoin while selling dollars, or vice versa. Trading pairs allow traders to speculate on the relative value of one asset compared to another, facilitating international or cross-asset trading. They help determine how much of one asset you need to trade to receive a certain amount of the other, making it easier to exchange, invest, or hedge different assets seamlessly.
