TPS Eligibility

TPS, or Temporary Protected Status, is a form of humanitarian relief in the United States for individuals from specific countries experiencing crises such as war, natural disasters, or other extraordinary conditions. To be eligible, applicants must have been living in the U.S. since a certain date, meet specific criteria like not having a serious criminal record, and must apply during the designated registration period. TPS allows individuals to stay and work legally in the U.S. for a limited time, but it does not provide a path to permanent residency or citizenship.
