Token Physicalism

Token Physicalism is the idea that every mental state or experience can be fully explained by its underlying physical properties—specifically, by a unique, concrete "token" or instance in the brain or body. Unlike some theories that focus on general types of mental states, Token Physicalism emphasizes that each individual mental event corresponds to a specific physical occurrence. Essentially, it suggests that mental phenomena are nothing over and above particular physical events, and fully explaining those events in physical terms accounts for all mental experiences.
