Titus (biblical figure)
Titus was a Christian leader and close associate of the Apostle Paul in the early Christian church. He is traditionally regarded as the author of the biblical letter called the Book of Titus, which provides guidance on church leadership, sound doctrine, and Christian conduct. Titus was trusted to oversee churches in Crete, an island in the Mediterranean, and was known for his role in helping to organize and strengthen early Christian communities. His writings emphasize the importance of good character, teaching truth, and living a life consistent with Christian principles.
