Titaness

In Greek mythology, a Titaness is a female member of the Titans, an ancient race of powerful deities who ruled before the Olympian gods. The Titans are often associated with primordial elements and forces of nature, symbolizing raw power and primordial chaos. Titanesses, such as Rhea and Themis, are often depicted as strong, wise, or nurturing figures. They played significant roles in mythological stories, especially concerning the Titanomachy, the war between Titans and Olympians. Essentially, Titanesses are the female counterparts of Titans, embodying both divine authority and elemental strength.
