Time-Shifted Learning
Time-Shifted Learning involves studying or practicing skills at different times to enhance understanding and retention. Instead of doing all learning in one session, learners alternate between learning new material and reviewing previous content across days or weeks. This approach leverages the brain’s natural memory processes, helping to consolidate knowledge and improve long-term retention. It can make learning more flexible, reduce burnout, and allow better integration of information by spacing out efforts over time, rather than cramming all at once.
