Time Management Matrix

The Time Management Matrix, also known as the Eisenhower Matrix, helps prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance. It divides tasks into four quadrants: 1. Urgent and important (do immediately), 2. Important but not urgent (schedule to do later), 3. Urgent but not important (delegate if possible), 4. Neither urgent nor important (eliminate or minimize). This framework guides you to focus on high-value activities, reduce time spent on less important tasks, and effectively manage your workload for better productivity and stress management.
