Thomason's Law
Thomason’s Law states that in any criminal trial, the probability of conviction increases with the number of witnesses testifying against the defendant. Essentially, the more witnesses there are, the higher the chances that the jury will find the defendant guilty. This principle highlights how the strength and number of evidence, especially witness testimony, can influence judicial outcomes. It underscores the importance of evidence volume in legal proceedings, suggesting that cases with multiple witnesses tend to be more convincingly argued than those with fewer or no witnesses.
