Thomas Andrews was a skilled Irish naval architect and shipbuilder who designed and managed the construction of the RMS Titanic. As the ship’s chief designer and a senior officer of the White Star Line, he was responsible for ensuring its safety and structural integrity. Andrews was physically on board during the ship's maiden voyage and is remembered for his bravery and dedication to passenger safety. Tragically, he perished when the Titanic sank in 1912, but his expertise and leadership in shipbuilding remain highly respected in maritime history.
