Theory and Practice

Theory refers to the fundamental ideas, principles, or concepts that explain why something works or how it should be done. Practice involves applying those ideas in real-world situations to achieve desired results. Essentially, theory provides the blueprint or understanding, while practice is the actual implementation and testing of that understanding. Both are important; theory guides practice, and practice can inform and refine theory. Together, they create a balanced approach to learning and problem-solving.
