Producers also oversee hiring key staff like directors, designers, and performers, and coordinate marketing and ticket sales. Essentially, they are the project managers who ensure the production has the resources, team, and promotion needed to succeed, making it possible for the creative team to focus on artistic elements while the production is brought from concept to stage.
