The Women's Leadership Project

The Women’s Leadership Project (WLP) is an organization that supports young women, especially those of color, in developing leadership skills and promoting social change. It provides mentorship, education, and opportunities to empower women to resolve conflicts, challenge injustices, and participate actively in their communities. WLP aims to foster confidence, resilience, and civic engagement among young women, helping them become strong leaders who can shape a more equitable society.
