The Wolverine
The Wolverine (Gulo gulo) is a robust, solitary mammal known for its strength and endurance. It is part of the weasel family and has a stocky body covered in thick, dark fur, helping it survive harsh cold climates. Wolverines are powerful predators and scavengers, capable of taking down prey much larger than themselves, like deer, and can travel long distances for food. They have strong, sharp claws and jaws, enabling them to crush bones. Adapted to remote, rugged environments such as forests, tundra, and mountain areas, they play a vital role in their ecosystem as both predators and scavengers.
