the theory of knowledge

The theory of knowledge, or epistemology, explores what we can truly know, how we come to know it, and the limits of our understanding. It examines the nature of justification—how beliefs are supported by evidence or reasoning—and investigates the difference between belief, opinion, and certainty. It also addresses questions about whether our perceptions and senses provide reliable knowledge, and considers how social, cultural, and psychological factors influence what we accept as true. Essentially, it’s about understanding the foundation, scope, and accuracy of human knowledge.
