The Social Style Model

The Social Style Model is a way to understand and improve how people communicate and interact. It categorizes individuals into four styles based on two main factors: assertiveness (how much you try to influence others) and responsiveness (how emotionally expressive you are). The four styles are Analytical (fact-focused, cautious), Driver (task-oriented, direct), Amiable (relationship-focused, supportive), and Expressive (enthusiastic, spontaneous). Recognizing these styles helps people adapt their communication to build better relationships, reduce misunderstandings, and work more effectively with different personalities.
