The SECI Model
The SECI Model explains how organizations create knowledge through a continuous process of sharing and converting information. It involves four steps: Socialization (sharing tacit knowledge through experiences), Externalization (articulating tacit knowledge into explicit concepts), Combination (merging different explicit knowledge), and Internalization (absorbing explicit knowledge to develop new tacit understanding). This cycle helps organizations innovate and improve by turning individual insights into collective knowledge, fostering ongoing learning and adaptation.
