The Posse Foundation

The Posse Foundation is a nonprofit organization that recruits talented students from diverse backgrounds who might not otherwise attend top colleges. It identifies these students, called "Posse Scholars," through a community-based selection process. The foundation then partners with selective colleges and universities to provide scholarships, mentoring, and leadership development. Its goal is to prepare students for success in higher education and future leadership roles, fostering diversity and inclusion on campuses while helping students reach their full potential.
