The Performance Prism

The Performance Prism is a framework for measuring and managing an organization’s success by focusing on multiple perspectives. It considers stakeholders' needs—such as customers, employees, and investors—and looks at five key areas: stakeholders’ satisfaction, strategies, processes, people capabilities, and value outcomes. By evaluating these areas together, organizations can better understand their performance, align their efforts with stakeholder expectations, and improve overall effectiveness. It provides a comprehensive, balanced approach to ensure that all critical factors are considered in driving organizational success.
