The Perception-Action Cycle

The Perception-Action Cycle describes the continuous loop where our senses gather information from the environment (perception), and this information influences our decisions and movements (action). For example, seeing a ball approaching prompts you to reach out and catch it. After acting, your senses update you on the new situation, guiding your next move. This ongoing process helps us respond effectively to our surroundings, enabling adaptive behavior and coordinated interactions with the world around us.
