The Office of Management and Budget

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is a U.S. government agency responsible for helping the President manage the federal government's budget, policies, and programs. It reviews and approves government spending plans, ensures that agencies follow the President’s policies, and provides overall financial and administrative oversight.
