The New Teacher Project

The New Teacher Project (TNTP) is a nonprofit organization that works with school districts to improve educational outcomes by recruiting, training, and supporting effective teachers. Its goal is to ensure all students have access to quality teaching, especially in underserved communities. TNTP also provides research and policy recommendations to help education systems attract and retain talented educators, ultimately aiming to close achievement gaps and promote educational equity.
