The Mirror
The mirror is a reflective surface, typically glass coated with a metallic backing, that sends back light rays hitting its surface. When you look into a mirror, the light from your face bounces off, creating an image of yourself. Mirrors work on the principle of reflection: angles of incidence equal angles of reflection. They are used for personal grooming, decorating spaces, or in optical devices like telescopes and microscopes. Essentially, a mirror provides a reversed image of whatever is in front of it, allowing us to see ourselves or reflect surroundings.
