The Licensees

Licensees are individuals or entities authorized to use a company’s protected rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, or patents, under a formal agreement. They have permission to operate, produce, or sell products/services using that intellectual property, usually in specific markets or regions. In exchange, licensees often pay licensing fees or royalties to the rights holder. This arrangement allows the rights holder to expand their brand or innovations without direct involvement, while licensees benefit from established rights and recognition. Essentially, licensees are authorized partners who leverage intellectual property legally to conduct business within agreed terms.
