The Kilroys

The Kilroys are a group of theater professionals—writers, producers, and journalists—who recognize and promote outstanding new plays by women, transgender, and non-binary writers. Each year, they compile and share a list called "The Kilroy List," highlighting exceptional scripts that deserve additional attention, production, and development. This initiative aims to address gender imbalance and increase diversity in theater by giving talented, underrepresented voices greater visibility and opportunities in the industry.
