The Jumbotron
A Jumbotron is a large video display commonly used at sports stadiums, concerts, and events to show live footage, scores, or advertisements. It typically utilizes LED (light-emitting diode) technology, allowing for vibrant, high-resolution images visible from afar. The term originated from the first giant screens at sports events in the 1980s, named after the "Jumbotron" brand by RCA. Today, Jumbotrons enhance the spectator experience by providing engaging visual content, making important information or immersive visuals easy to see for large audiences.
